· Instagram exclusive

· Managing social media accounts

· Reel edits knowledge

· Capcut/ Edit (instagram) app knowledge

· Trending content on insta

· Admins work

· Email to customers

· Instagram queries handling

· Manage stories and reels on instagram

· Follow up with customer on phone calls

· Phone etiquette and soft skills knowledge

· Direct execution experience with: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Posts & Stories

· Managing social media accounts

1-5 year of experience in social media management.
Planning and executing social media content
Create Reels and shorts
Be comfortable appearing in content when required
Manage posting across all social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
