Job Title: SEO Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to join our growing real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, generate qualified leads, and increase website visibility for real estate projects and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• Conduct keyword research focused on real estate, residential, commercial, and local search intent.

• Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and project listings for higher search engine rankings.

• Perform regular website audits and resolve technical SEO issues.

• Build high-quality backlinks using ethical (white-hat) SEO techniques.

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.

• Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to execute SEO best practices.

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.

• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.

• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and website indexing.

• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of SEO experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and generating qualified leads.
