Social Media Manager

A Social Media Manager develops and executes strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. They handle content creation, community management, and performance analysis. This role is crucial in shaping a brand’s digital identity and success.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with brand goals and objectives.

• Social Media Management:

Post engaging and creative content across various platforms, ensuring consistent frequency and quality.

Regularly update stories and posts to enhance visibility and engagement.

• Influencer Collaboration:

Manage agreements with influencers hired for campaigns, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

Coordinate email communications and maintain positive relationships with influencers.

• Content Creation & Editing:

Capture high-quality photos and videos for promotional content.

Oversee the editing process to ensure all content meets branding standards and is ready for distribution.

• Meta Ads Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ad/Google Ad campaigns.

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media and ad campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations for improvements.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Masscom or Undergraduate/Graduate Degree, Meta Ads & Google Ads Training/Certification(Optional)

• Technical Skills: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Management, Graphic Design (+), Video Shoot/Direction knowledge

• Soft Skills: Good communication (Eng-Hindi), Team Management

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
