Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements, expectations, and campaign objectives.
Share regular updates on post schedules, campaign progress, and performance.
Coordinate with the internal design and content team to ensure timely delivery.
Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals professionally.
Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
2. Social Media Posting & Updates
Plan and schedule posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Ensure timely posting as per approved content calendar.
Update captions, hashtags, and creatives as per client guidelines.
Monitor engagement and respond to basic queries (if required).
Maintain posting reports and weekly/monthly performance summaries.
Ensure brand consistency in all posts.
3. Coordination & Reporting
Prepare content calendars and share with clients for approval.
Track campaign performance and share insights with clients.
Maintain proper documentation of client communication and approvals.
