Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Channel Management: Daily handling of Instagram (Reels/Stories), WhatsApp Channels/Groups, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
Content Planning: Create weekly/monthly calendars based on audience insights and competitor trends.
Execution & Delivery: Draft captions, hashtags, and villa codes. Share all content for approval 1 week in advance.
Creative Design: Design Instagram highlight covers, Reel thumbnails, and interactive posts (polls/quizzes).
Growth & SEO: Optimize posts with keywords (SEO/GEO), engage with followers, and grow the WhatsApp referral network organically.
Performance Tracking: Submit simple weekly reports on growth, best-performing posts, and audience insights.
Ads (Bonus): Ability to run and monitor basic paid ad campaigns.

Requirements:

Brand Voice: Ability to maintain a Luxury, Warm, and Professional tone.
Visual Eye: Experience in creating elegant, minimalist, and "non-messy" content.
Discipline: Strictly follow posting schedules (e.g., Saturday 6 PM peaks) and internal approval workflows.
