Bengal in Mumbai Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can not only run campaigns but also generate real business through digital platforms. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on expertise in digital marketing and a strong understanding of lead generation and conversions.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a clear focus on bringing catering enquiries, corporate leads, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Generate quality leads and enquiries for corporate catering and events through digital campaigns
• Improve social media presence by creating engaging and conversion-focused content
• Perform SEO activities, keyword research, and improve website ranking for relevant search terms
• Track campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure maximum ROI on ad spend
• Work closely with the design and content team for creative execution and branding
• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies focused on business generation
• Handle WhatsApp, email, and landing page campaigns for lead conversion

Key Expectation (Important):
The candidate must be capable of generating actual business through their digital marketing skills, not just running campaigns. Focus should always be on leads, enquiries, and revenue growth.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking
• Ability to think creatively and execute result-driven campaigns
• Good communication and coordination skills

Salary & Growth Opportunity:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (in-hand, based on experience)
