Digital Marketing Social media manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Shri Y.P. Singh Ji's presence across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive personal social media strategy.
• Create and manage daily/weekly social media content calendars.
• Develop content around meetings, visits, speeches, public engagements, initiatives, achievements, and important events.
• Convert photographs, videos, speeches, and public activities into engaging digital content.
• Conceptualize Reels, Shorts, videos, graphics, carousels, posts, stories, and threads.
• Draft compelling Hindi and English social media copies, captions, headlines, and posts.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, content writers, and other creative resources.
• Ensure timely publishing of content, particularly for important events and public engagements.
• Monitor political developments, public issues, social media conversations, and emerging trends relevant to Shri Y.P. Singh Ji.
• Track audience sentiment, comments, discussions, and engagement.
• Develop strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, followers, visibility, and digital influence.
• Maintain consistency in Shri Y.P. Singh Ji's public image, messaging, tone, and digital identity.
• Monitor the digital presence of relevant political personalities, public figures, institutions, and organizations.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports covering reach, impressions, engagement, views, follower growth, and other relevant KPIs.
• Use analytics and audience insights to optimize content and campaign strategies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding schedules, meetings, communications, and other sensitive information.

Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of Indian politics and Uttar Pradesh's political environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Strong Hindi communication and content-writing skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Strong understanding of political communication and personal branding.

• Ability to convert political/public activities into engaging digital content.

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking.

• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously. • Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
