Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms and create engaging content that enhances our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, video editing, and AI-powered content tools.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Shoot and edit high-quality videos, including Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
Create AI-generated videos using tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Veo, HeyGen, or similar platforms.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content copy aligned with the brand voice.
Design basic graphics and creatives using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Analyze content performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience in creating short-form video content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Knowledge of AI video generation tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Veo, HeyGen, or equivalent.
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation, image generation, and voice-over tools.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize content performance.
Understanding of B2B marketing is an added advantage.
