Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Nirvaan Mental Wellness Private Limited to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 40,000 and a dynamic learning environmentManage Nirvaan's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.

Create engaging Reels, short videos, carousels, posts and stories.

Write captions, hooks, scripts and social media copy.

Create educational and awareness-based content related to mental health, counselling and psychology.

Research trending topics, formats, hashtags and social media trends.

Edit short-form videos and reels with good visual and audio quality.

Write and publish basic blogs/articles related to mental health and wellness.

Use AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, captions, blog drafts and creative concepts.

Repurpose existing content into reels, carousels, blogs and short videos.

Monitor engagement, reach, followers and content performance.

Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports.

Coordinate with therapists/counsellors to develop accurate and useful content.

Maintain a professional and consistent Nirvaan brand image across platforms.

AI & Digital Tools

The candidate should be comfortable using or willing to learn AI and content-creation tools such as:

ChatGPT – content ideas, scripts, captions, blogs and research assistance

Google Gemini – content research and brainstorming

Canva AI – posts, carousels, designs and visual content

CapCut / Canva Video – reels and short-video editing

Adobe Express – social media creatives

AI tools for voice-over, subtitles, image generation and video enhancement

Basic knowledge of AI-assisted blogging and SEO content creation

Knowledge of additional AI tools will be an advantage.
