Role OverviewAs a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company’s and clients’ social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive measurable results. Includes local travel as well. Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement social media strategies aligned with each client’s goals and target audience.Create monthly social media calendars, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.Research industry trends, competitors, and new social media tools or best practices.2. Content & CreativityCollaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce engaging and original content (images, reels, stories, carousels, and videos).Write compelling captions, hashtags, and storytelling posts to enhance engagement.Oversee visual aesthetics across all platforms to maintain brand tone and consistency.3. Execution & ManagementHandle daily posting, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.Ensure timely delivery of deliverables (e.g., 21 image posts + 21 reels per month).4. Community & EngagementMonitor social channels for engagement opportunities, comments, and messages; respond in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.Build authentic relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities.5. Performance & AnalyticsTrack, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, leads, conversions).Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve performance month-on-month.Prepare detailed monthly performance reports for clients.Required Skills & CompetenciesProven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager, Digital Strategist, or similar role.Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative eye.Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and ad management tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in performance marketing or ad campaign management.Familiarity with AI-based content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.).Ability to coordinate with designers and editors through project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, or Asana).Understanding of influencer collaborations and paid partnership workflows.
