About the Role:

Bigvisual Design is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to lead content planning, ad management, and brand building across digital platforms. If you live and breathe Instagram trends, can coordinate with designers, and know how to drive organic growth — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with targeting and budgeting knowledge

• Collaborate with the in-house design team — guide creatives and maintain a clean Instagram grid

• Stay updated with trends, memes, and platform changes

• Edit and post engaging reels using CapCut, VN, or Canva

• Grow social media accounts organically – boost reach, followers, and engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community feedback

• Post company updates regularly on LinkedIn

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager

• Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, VN

• Understanding of Instagram algorithms & content trends

• Ability to communicate and coordinate with design team effectively

• Experience in organic growth strategies and audience engagement

• Must be based in Noida/nearby and willing to work on-site full-time
