Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, news content, and media initiatives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

• Manage content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram.

• Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Collaborate with news, production, and design teams to align digital content with current affairs and brand messaging.

• Coordinate with the video editing and graphics team for social media creatives and campaign videos.

• Optimize landing pages and user funnels for engagement and lead generation.

• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) for audience targeting and reach expansion.

• Respond to comments/messages, maintain brand tone, and handle basic online reputation management.

• Stay updated on current trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC, email campaigns, and web analytics.

• Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced news/media environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in media, news, journalism, or political campaigns will be an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of video platforms (YouTube Studio, Shorts publishing, live streaming).

• Familiarity with local/regional audience preferences and behavior
