Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and growth-focused Social Media Manager to handle our

Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook accounts. The ideal candidate should not only know how to

create and edit content but also how to optimize, analyze, and make it go viral.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow IG, YT & FB pages (posting, scheduling, interaction).

- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads / Meta Ads campaigns for better ROI.

- Create engaging posts, reels, shorts, thumbnails, and stories.

- Edit long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels/Shorts) videos.

- Research & suggest trending content, viral formats, and hashtags.

- Optimize captions, titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions for SEO & reach.

- Analyze insights/analytics and plan strategies for faster growth.

- Suggest viral ideas and content strategies based on audience psychology.

- Engage with followers (comments, DMs) to build community.

- Stay updated with social media trends & algorithm updates.

- (Optional but preferred) Run and manage Paid Ads (Meta Ads / YouTube Ads).

- Proven experience in Social Media Management & Growth.

- Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, etc.).

- Knowledge of SEO for social media & content optimization.

- Ability to identify what can go viral and how to position content.

- Familiarity with trend tracking tools (TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends, IG Explore).

- Creative mindset + data-driven decision-making.

- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus.

- Fluency in English & Hindi for communication.
