Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage high-converting Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).

• Strategically lower CPC & CPA while improving ROAS across accounts.

• Conduct detailed audience research to identify profitable targeting opportunities.

• Implement A/B split testing for ad copy, creatives, and audience segments.

• Build and manage remarketing funnels to maximize conversions.

• Optimize campaign structures for scalability.

• Analyze performance data & prepare actionable reports for clients.

• Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams for high-impact ad assets.

• Stay ahead of Meta platform updates and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with 6-figure monthly spends.

• Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.

• Demonstrated success in reducing CPC while increasing ROI.

• Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

• Experience with remarketing strategies and funnel building.

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain ad performance to non-technical clients.
