About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing professional with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media profiles and running digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads and Meta Ads, and preferably have worked with a Real Estate company, developer, broker, or property marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Manage and grow company social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

2. Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.

3. Create, curate and coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels and videos.

Write effective captions, headlines and CTAs suitable for the target audience.

4.Plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Plan and manage Google Ads / Google AdWords campaigns for lead generation.

5.Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions and overall ROI.

Conduct audience research and create appropriate targeting strategies.

6.Regularly test different creatives, audiences, ad copies and campaigns to improve performance.

Generate qualified leads for real estate projects through digital campaigns.

7.Track leads and coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion.

Analyse social media and advertising insights and prepare regular performance reports.

8.Keep up with the latest social media trends, advertising features and digital marketing practices.

Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers or external agencies wherever required.
