DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to handle digital marketing activities for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing online campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.
- Generate and manage quality property leads through digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain and update digital listings, websites, and property portals.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Social media management and content creation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and analytics.
- Good communication and creative thinking.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Real estate/digital marketing experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant digital marketing skills can also apply.
