Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Social Media Analytics Expert who can analyze, interpret, and optimize social media performance across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for tracking KPIs, generating insights, and helping the marketing team make data-driven decisions to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze performance across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, and conversions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
Identify trends, patterns, and audience behavior
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking
Work closely with content, marketing, and design teams
Optimize paid and organic campaigns based on data insights
A/B testing for campaigns and content strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and paid campaigns
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis tools
Experience handling large-scale campaigns or multiple brands
