ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence and influencer marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness, grow our community, and drive measurable results across social and e-commerce platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram and other key platforms to drive consistent follower growth and engagement.
Plan, manage, and publish a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
Identify, reach out to, and onboard influencers for collaborations; manage end-to-end campaign execution and relationship management.
Collaborate with Meta and Google Ads teams to align organic and paid creative strategies for maximum campaign performance.
Coordinate with internal creative and design teams to brief and deliver high-quality content assets on time.
Manage and maintain brand presence across eCommerce marketplaces — conduct regular audits of listings, banners, and creatives for brand consistency.
Track competitor activity and market trends to surface insights and keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, design, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proven ability to grow social media accounts organically through content and community engagement.
Hands-on experience running influencer marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, content performance metrics, and platform algorithms.
Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for brand voice and aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, startup environment.
NICE TO HAVE
Background in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or consumer brand marketing.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
