Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation for Instagram, reels & Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create platform-specific, high-quality content and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with influencers and advocates.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance strategies.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid campaigns, collaborating with teams to align with broader marketing efforts.
Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Stay updated on trends, tools, and algorithms, experimenting with new content formats to optimize reach.
Compliance & Brand Alignment: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, ethical standards, and platform regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in social media management or a related role.
Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts specially for Instagram.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Business WhatsApp and its Chatbot).
Familiarity with social media management tools
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools
Strong writing and editing skills for crafting compelling captions and copy.
Analytical mindset with experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
