Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2C conversions across WhatsApp and web platforms.
Lead the onboarding and launch of new digital services, including PAN, DL, RC, HSRP, and others.
Design and execute conversion optimization initiatives (user flows, pricing strategies, and bundled offerings).
Monitor customer funnels, identify drop-offs, and implement solutions to improve retention and engagement.
Provide strategic input on campaigns, retargeting, and automation to enhance growth.
Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to scale impact and achieve business objectives.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of B2C digital marketing channels (WhatsApp, web, social media, email).
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and growth experiments.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting customer funnels.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and basic website/app workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.
