📢 Hiring: Social Media Content & Lead Generation Specialist

🔹 What You’ll Do

Create engaging social media posts (static + reels + captions) focused on lead generation

Write compelling captions & hooks that convert viewers into inquiries

Plan content around interior projects, wallpapers, wall panels & styling ideas

Design creatives using Canva / similar tools

Understand customer psychology (premium buyers, homeowners, designers)

Work on call-to-action strategies (DM, WhatsApp, site visits)

Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns

Skilled in mobile/video shooting & editing

Knowledge of Instagram trends & reels

Basic understanding of interiors/design aesthetics

Creative mindset with attention to detail

We are looking for a results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who can create high-converting posts that attract genuine interior project leads—not just likes.

Someone who understands: “Content = Leads, not just aesthetics”

Experience in Instagram/ Facebook/Youtube content creation & growth strategies

Strong copywriting skills (hooks, storytelling, CTA)

Basic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Prior experience in interiors / luxury / real estate is a big plus
