📌 Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Kolkata
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Saturday)

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, social media marketing, and lead generation, especially for service-based industries.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Management

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Monitor trends and implement creative campaign ideas

🎨 Content Creation & Design

Design creatives using tools like Canva
Develop reels, short videos, and AI-based video content
Write captions, blogs, and ad copies

📈 Performance Marketing

Run and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
Track ROI and prepare performance reports

🔍 SEO & Website Management

Optimize website content for search engines
Work on on-page and basic off-page SEO
Update blogs and landing pages regularly

📊 Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights
Suggest improvements based on data

🧠 Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and content strategy
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Ads
Experience in service industry marketing (preferred)
Knowledge of AI tools for video/content creation (preferred)
Good communication and creative thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
