Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB), including:
Updating business information and services
Increasing visibility and engagement
Improving local rankings and call conversions
Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally
Perform regular service updates and ensure accuracy across listings
Create and publish SEO-friendly blog content
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Communicate with Google support when required for listing issues or verifications
Requirements:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and local SEO)
Familiarity with Google Business Profile management
Understanding of keyword research tools and SEO analytics
Good written communication skills (for blogs and review responses)
Ability to manage multiple client accounts
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)
Knowledge of content marketing and blog writing
Understanding of local listing optimization and citation building
