Role Overview
Ambika Realty is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to generate quality real estate leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with creating video content for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, run and optimise Meta and Google Ads for real estate projects.
Generate qualified leads and achieve campaign targets.
Monitor CPL, lead quality and campaign performance.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
Shoot engaging property videos, reels and promotional content.
Edit videos and create creatives for social media and paid campaigns.
Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Good understanding of lead generation and campaign optimisation.
Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content.
Creative, target-oriented and data-driven approach.
Key Focus: Generate quality real estate leads through paid marketing and create high-performing video content.
