PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping & Performance Max.

• Develop performance marketing strategies to generate quality leads and drive sales.

• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ROAS.

• Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL and ROAS.

• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.

• Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Must have experience managing D2C brand advertising campaigns.

• Good understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion tracking and sales funnels.

• Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client campaigns independently.

• Must understand e-commerce advertising and lead generation.
