Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies across all business verticals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, marketing materials, digital platforms, and physical locations.
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to strengthen brand positioning.
• Manage brand reputation and public perception.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, events, partnerships, and PR channels.
• Create customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Plan and manage product launches, service launches, and brand activation campaigns.
• Drive lead generation initiatives for co-working, architecture, construction, and event businesses.
Digital Marketing & Content
• Oversee website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Develop content calendars and storytelling strategies for all brands.
• Coordinate production of photography, videography, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage online reputation and customer reviews across platforms.
Events, PR & Partnerships
• Lead brand activations, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, communities, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and public relations activities.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
Sales & Business Growth Support
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
• Create sales enablement materials, presentations, brochures, and proposals.
• Support occupancy growth for co-working spaces.
• Generate leads for architecture, construction, and event management projects.
• Drive customer engagement and repeat business for F&B operations.
Team & Vendor Management
• Lead and mentor internal marketing teams and external agencies.
• Manage designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and digital marketing partners.
• Oversee marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.
Performance & Analytics
• Define KPIs and track marketing performance across all brands.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition costs.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations for management.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or related field.
• Master’s Degree/MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or growth marketing.
• Experience handling multiple brands or business verticals simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, PR, and event marketing.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, co-working, real estate, architecture, construction, or lifestyle brands will be highly preferred.
