Job Description:

Metricinfo is actively seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore. As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and nurturing potential leads, contributing to the success of Metricinfo’s sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and qualify potential leads for Metricinfo products and services.

·         Prompt Follow up with Clients.

·         Utilize various tools and methodologies to assess lead quality and relevance.

·         Engage in outbound communication, including calls and emails, to gather essential information and evaluate the potential fit of leads.

·         Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand target customer profiles and ensure alignment with lead qualification criteria.

·         Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Metricinfo's product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.

·         Clearly document and update lead qualification information in the CRM system for seamless handover to the sales team.

·         Provide regular feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies based on insights gained during the qualification process.

·Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Personal Competencies:

·         Required Experience: 2-3 Years in lead qualification or a related field.

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

·         Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead qualification tools.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize leads effectively.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Detail-oriented and highly organized.

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
