Job Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality organic leads through digital platforms and
marketing activities
Plan and execute On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO strategies
Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for lead generation
Coordinate with the sales team for lead tracking and follow-ups
Analyze campaign performance and improve conversion rates
Handle keyword research, backlink activities, and website optimization
Create and manage lead generation campaigns across social media
platforms
Maintain CRM/lead database and prepare performance reports
Work towards monthly lead generation targets and marketing goals
Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in Lead Generation/Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads
ManagerExperience in organic marketing and paid campaign
management
Understanding of lead funnel, audience targeting, and conversion
optimization
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
