· Manage daily website operations (products, pricing, banners, collections)
· Coordinate product uploads, launches, and promotions
· Ensure smooth order flow and customer experience
· Do basic to intermediate product photography (mobile or camera)
· Create Instagram reels, short videos, and WhatsApp content
· Capture behind-the-scenes and live content during shoots and exhibitions
· Support digital marketing campaigns (social, WhatsApp, email)
· Assist in SEO-friendly product content and performance tracking
· Analyze what’s working and suggest improvements
· Travel for exhibitions, pop-ups, and offline events
· Help with stall setup, product display, and live sales support
· Create real-time photo/video content during events
· You enjoy hands-on work and learning multiple skills
· You’re comfortable with cameras, phones, reels, reedits, and quick content
· You’re okay with work-from-office and occasional travel
· You want growth, responsibility, and exposure — not just a job title
· Graduate in any discipline (skills matter more than degrees)
· 1–3 years experience in e-commerce / digital marketing / content (preferred)
· Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and social media tools
· Creative mindset with strong execution ability
· Strong coordination and communication skills
