Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The role requires someone with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of online sales and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company website.

2. Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content) for better visibility and conversions.

3. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

4. Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to improve online sales.

5. Handle day-to-day operations of online marketplaces including promotions, ad campaigns, and returns management.

6. Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams for campaign planning and execution.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform policies to maximize sales growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 6-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales management.

3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).

4. Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
