Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc., and a good understanding of online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and websites (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

• Monitor and update inventory, pricing, and content across all platforms

• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order processing and delivery

• Optimize product pages with relevant keywords, images, and descriptions

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals

• Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback promptly

• Track daily sales and generate performance reports

• Stay updated with latest trends and platform policies

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce portals

• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a plus

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Commerce preferred)
