Job Description

Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other product information.
Ensure accurate and attractive product catalogues.
Upload new products and maintain existing listings.

Process and monitor online orders from order placement to dispatch.

Identify and resolve listing, order, inventory, and marketplace-related issues.

Ensure all product information is accurate, updated, and marketplace-compliant.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and best practices.
