Key Responsibilities

YouTube & Video Content Management:

• Plan, create, and manage YouTube content (product demos, educational videos, reels & shorts)

• Handle video shooting, editing, and publishing

• Optimize videos using SEO (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions)

• Track channel performance, views, engagement, and subscriber growth

Digital Marketing:

• Manage social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube

• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

• Generate leads through digital campaigns and content strategies

• Plan and execute content calendars

Branding & Promotion:

• Create engaging posts, banners, reels, and marketing creatives

• Promote products, events, and company updates online

• Build brand awareness in the solar and renewable energy space

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor performance of campaigns and content

• Share regular reports on growth, leads, and engagement

• Suggest improvements based on performance insights
