Job Description

We are looking for a E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE to join our team Make My Click Printing Solution Pvt. Ltd. to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (India Mart, website, etc.)media. Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications accurately. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally/ The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000 to 25000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMart, website, etc.)
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications accurately
Process online orders and coordinate with dispatch/logistics team
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly
Track sales performance, returns, and reports
Run basic promotions, offers, and discounts as per company strategy
Coordinate with digital marketing team for online campaigns
Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 to 6 years. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, INDIA MART listing and basic analytics is also important for this role.
