Key Responsibilities:

• Listing company products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

• Regularly updating product details, prices, and stock availability.

• Coordinating with the internal team for product photos, specifications, and inventory.

• Handling order processing, dispatch, and returns.

• Monitoring online sales performance and generating reports.

• Managing product visibility through keywords, promotions, and ad campaigns.

• Responding to customer queries and maintaining positive ratings/reviews.

• Keeping track of competitors’ listings and pricing.
