Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (static posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, blog snippets).
Manage day-to-day community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and foster organic and inorganic engagement.
Ability to create engaging content for the brands assigned
Ability to manage upto 6-7 brand accounts at once
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns where necessary for Meta, Google and Whatsapp Marketing.
Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes.
Manage content calendars to ensure consistency and timeliness.
Proven experience as a Brand Manager/ Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
Ability to create and edit visual/video content (Canva).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
Data-driven mindset: able to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience with social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Whatsapp Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a necessity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
