Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, company website).
Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and SEO-optimized.
Order & Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse/operations teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track and resolve order issues, returns, and customer complaints.
Campaign & Promotion Management:
Assist in planning and executing online promotions, deals, and campaigns.
Work with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversion via email, social media, and paid ads.
Marketplace Coordination:
Manage relationships with online marketplaces and vendors.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and handle account health metrics.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Generate regular reports and suggest improvements to optimize listings and campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
