Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to generate leads, increase website traffic, and promote our cybersecurity services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical skills to drive our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to generate leads and increase website traffic.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, and brand awareness in the cybersecurity space.
SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Campaign Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns. Generate regular reports on key metrics (CTR, ROI, traffic, leads) and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns targeting prospects and existing clients to nurture leads and build customer loyalty.
Brand Building: Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, as well as industry developments in cybersecurity.
Post Designing: Create visually appealing and engaging posts for social media platforms, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Utilize graphic design tools to develop high-quality images and videos that resonate with the target audience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEM, social media management, and graphic design. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IT sector.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends is a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
