Key responsiblities...

Manage products on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, and the company website.
Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and keywords.
Manage daily orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely order processing.
Update product pricing, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor marketplace sales, product rankings, reviews, and ratings.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions and sales campaigns.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Identify sales opportunities and recommend strategies to improve online revenue.
Ensure product content and marketplace information remain accurate and updated.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
Monitor competitors, pricing, offers, and product visibility.
Maintain proper records of orders, sales, returns, inventory, and marketplace expenses.
