Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings on international marketplaces (Amazon US, UK, Canada, Australia).
Handle product uploads, keyword optimization, titles, descriptions, and backend search terms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability.
Manage order processing, returns, and customer queries in a timely manner.
Track and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
Handle Amazon Seller Central operations including account health and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and international selling standards.
Coordinate with logistics and export teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Work on improving product visibility and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably Amazon international marketplaces).
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace algorithms.
Knowledge of SEO for product listings and keyword research tools.
Basic understanding of international shipping and export processes is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling handcrafted or lifestyle product categories.
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Basic understanding of PPC campaigns on Amazon.
