YAVA AYURVEDA PVT. LTD. is an Ayurveda-focused healthcare organization providing Ayurvedic products and services to customers. We are looking for motivated and communication-skilled professionals to join our Sales & Telecalling team.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain Ayurvedic products and services clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the team to ensure effective lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements

6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Telesales, or Customer Handling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Herbal, or Wellness industry will be an added advantage.
