About the Role
Do Education is looking for a skilled and performance-driven Meta & Google Ads Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and student acquisition, preferably in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation across Facebook and Instagram.
Develop and implement demand generation strategies across digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Implement remarketing strategies to improve lead conversion and campaign performance.
Manage WhatsApp automation and AI-powered lead nurturing solutions.
Develop digital marketing strategies for college admissions and student acquisition.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong knowledge of PPC, performance marketing, and lead generation.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Expertise in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and remarketing.
Familiarity with WhatsApp automation and AI-based marketing tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education industry experience will be preferred.
