Digital marketing manager

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to generate online leads and build brand presence for our wallpapers, flooring, and window blinds across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and post regular product content

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads

• Handle website inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and social media messages

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads

• Create basic marketing materials (posters, catalogues, email campaigns)

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better lead conversion

• Build and maintain an online database of prospects

• Improve brand visibility and online engagement

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation

• Knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, SEO basics, and analytics

• Ability to generate measurable leads, not just social media posts

• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools preferred)

• Strong communication and coordination skills
