Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive
Organization: Looks Hair and Beauty Studio
Location: Near Vista Corner, Khandeshwar

About the Role:
Looks Hair and Beauty Studio is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and enhance the salon’s digital presence. The role focuses on creating engaging visual content, promoting services, and strengthening brand visibility through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit Instagram reels showcasing salon services, transformations, trends, and behind-the-scenes content
Design promotional creatives and offer templates for festivals, seasonal campaigns, and special occasions
Plan and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule
Capture photos and videos within the salon for marketing use
Coordinate with salon staff to highlight services, offers, and client experiences
Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and maintain brand tone online
Stay updated with social media trends relevant to the beauty and salon industry

Working Hours:
Salon operational hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
(Working schedule will be finalized mutually within these hours.)

Skills & Requirements:

Basic to intermediate video editing and graphic design skills
Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and social media marketing
Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and branding
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in salon/beauty/fashion marketing preferred but not mandatory

Salary:
Compensation will be discussed after mutual discussion and evaluation.
