Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader to join The Leather Warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for leading the digital marketing team, managing SEO strategies, monitoring website performance, optimizing Shopify stores, improving local search visibility, and driving website conversions. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SEO and digital marketing team.
Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Monitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) listings for better local visibility.
Oversee Shopify website management, including product listings, collections, and on-page SEO.
Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and customer experience.
Assign tasks, review team performance, and ensure timely project completion.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for campaign execution.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest SEO, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Relevant Degree
Experience: 3-6+ Years in SEO, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce
Experience in leading or managing a team.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization.
Experience with Shopify website management.
Understanding of GMB Optimization and Local SEO.
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
