We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping D2C brands, eCommerce businesses, and service-based companies scale through data-driven performance marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and creative strategy.

Our team currently manages 10–15 brands across a variety of industries, delivering measurable growth through strategic campaigns and continuous optimization. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a passionate Junior Performance Marketer who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with us in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and other KPIs.

• Conduct audience research, testing, and scaling strategies.

• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.

• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.

• Assist in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and digital marketing trends.

• Support senior media buyers with campaign setup and optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Meta Ads.

• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager.

• Basic knowledge of eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and tracking concepts is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience running campaigns for D2C or eCommerce brands.

• Understanding of funnel strategy and customer journey.

• Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign scaling.

• Experience with Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting, and Pixel/Event Tracking.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or AI tools is an advantage.
