*Role Summary*
SpaceSync Estates is looking for a results-driven *Digital Marketing Manager* to plan, execute, and optimize our digital strategy for generating high-quality leads for flats, villas, residential plots, and farmland in Bangalore. You will own the entire digital funnel — from brand awareness to lead conversion — and work closely with sales teams to ensure ROI.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:*
- Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn for all projects.
- Generate qualified leads for flats, villas, plots, and farmland with target CPL and conversion benchmarks.
- Manage landing pages, lead forms, and CRM integration with marketing automation tools.
- A/B test creatives, ad copies, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
*SEO, Content & Website:*
- Own SEO strategy to rank for keywords like “villa plots in Jigani”, “flats for sale Bangalore”, etc.
- Manage company website, project microsites, and update content, brochures, floor plans, and pricing.
- Coordinate blogs, video content, and project walkthroughs for organic growth.
*Social Media & Branding:*
- Build and manage SpaceSync Estates’ presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create content calendar for project launches, construction updates, offers, and testimonials.
- Run remarketing and engagement campaigns to nurture cold leads.
*Analytics & Reporting:*
- Track and report daily/weekly metrics: Leads, CPL, CTR, Quality Score, Cost per Site Visit, Cost per Booking.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM data to optimize spend and improve ROI.
- Share insights with management and sales team on campaign performance and market trends.
*Vendor & Agency Management:*
- Coordinate with creative agencies, video editors, photographers, and performance agencies if outsourced.
- Manage budgets, invoices, and ensure timely execution of creatives and campaigns.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Education:* Graduate. MBA/PG in Marketing/Digital Marketing preferred.
- *Experience:* 1-6 years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in real estate. Agency + in-house mix preferred.
- *Technical Skills:* Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics GA4, SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva/Basic Photoshop.
- *Real Estate Knowledge:* Understanding of Bangalore real estate buyer journey, RERA guidelines for ads, and project USP’s.
- *Soft Skills:* Analytical mindset, creativity, strong communication in English & Kannada, and ability to work with sales targets.
- *Preferred:* Experience marketing villa plots and farmland. Knowledge of CRM like Zoho, http://Sell.do, or LeadSquared.
