The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and digital innovation.
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI across channels.
Identify emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
2. Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
Manage agency and vendor relationships for performance and creative execution.
3. Content & Social Media
Oversee content strategy for social media, blogs, and websites to ensure consistency with brand voice.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and influencers to build engaging digital assets.
Manage social media channels and community engagement.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards to track KPIs.
Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership teams.
5. Website & Conversion Optimization
Manage website content, UX, and landing pages for conversion optimization.
Work with web developers/designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
6. Team Leadership (if applicable)
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives and specialists.
Set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide performance feedback.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho CRM (preferred)
Proficiency with marketing automation and A/B testing tools.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience in managing large-scale performance campaigns.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
Experience with e-commerce or SaaS marketing (depending on company type).
