Digital Marketing Manager – Munish Associates

Location: Kakrola, Near Dwarka More, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–6 years

About the Role

Munish Associates is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our digital marketing efforts, strengthen our online presence, generate quality real-estate leads, and use AI tools to improve marketing performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Munish Associates.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Generate and nurture high-quality leads for real-estate projects.
Plan and manage social media content, campaigns, and monthly calendars.
Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Conduct market, competitor, and audience research.
Optimize landing pages, website content, SEO, and online visibility.
Create reports and provide actionable insights based on marketing data.
Manage external agencies, freelancers, designers, and other marketing partners when required.

AI Knowledge & Responsibilities

The candidate should have practical knowledge of AI tools and their use in digital marketing, including:

Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, and other relevant marketing tools.
Using AI for content creation, ad copy, social media posts, email/WhatsApp campaigns, and marketing ideas.
Using AI for audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
Understanding how AI can improve lead generation, customer engagement, automation, and marketing productivity.
Staying updated with new AI marketing tools, trends, and automation techniques.
Ability to identify repetitive marketing tasks that can be automated using AI.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Strong interest and working knowledge of AI tools.
Real-estate marketing experience will be an advantage.
