Job Description

Capricorncorp is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital presence across cloud, hosting, and communication products. This role focuses on demand generation, brand visibility, and performance-driven marketing across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for:

  • VPS (Windows & Linux)

  • Cloud Infrastructure

  • Email Hosting

  • SMS & IVR Platforms

  • Call Analytics & AI-based solutions

• Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with ROI focus

• Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, landing pages, and content marketing

• Optimize website funnels and conversion rates

• Manage social media presence and brand communication

• Track campaign performance using analytics tools (GA, Search Console, Ads dashboards)

• Coordinate with sales teams for lead quality and conversion tracking

• Manage marketing budgets and monthly performance reports

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools

• Experience marketing IT, SaaS, cloud, or hosting services (preferred)

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and team management abilities
